THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! Gift cards purchased from Mully & Mo's can be used on all goods within the store, including Hallmark merchandise! However, we do not accept Hallmark gift cards, as that is separate from our store.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can use cash, credit and debit card, or gift card. We even accept American Express!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days to return anything that is purchased within the store, but you can only return for store credit. You can exchange, as long as the original purchase is not damaged. Certain things, however, are non refundable, such as custom made items and seasonal product. If you're unsure, please ask us and we'd be happy to help!

DO YOU HAVE AN ONLINE STORE?

Not yet! Within the first few years of business, we plan on expanding to the online world, but right now we are happily brick and mortar.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS?

We do not. After speaking with several local businesses, and researching the best ways for small businesses to be successful, we decided to not accept any kind of checks, even if local.

ARE HALLMARK COUPONS ACCEPTED?

Yes! Hallmark and Hallmark GoldCrown coupons are accepted and honored! As a new store, we will have coupons of our own that we will offer and send out, but coupons from other stores are accepted as well, with a few exceptions.

ARE YOU PART OF THE GOLDCROWN PROGRAM?

Absolutely! If you are a GoldCrown member of another store, you can be one at Mully & Mo's as well! All you need to do is make a purchase and present your member card to be added to our mailing and database list. That way, you can receive all our local in house promotions in addition to Hallmark Corporate coupons.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

We can, yes, but only on certain merchandise, and only if a certain price/quantity is met, however we're more than happy to work with you on this and would love for you to talk to us further if there is something you would like custom ordered!
